General provisions
This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in compliance with Federal Law of 27 July 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by LINGVO CONSUL (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.1. The Operator sets the respect of human and citizen rights and freedoms as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities when processing personal data, including the protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.2. This policy of the Operator regarding the personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the Operator’s website. https://lingvoconsul.ru/
Basic concepts used in the Policy
2.1. “Automated personal data processing” means personal data processing using computers;
2.2. “Personal data blocking” means temporary suspension of personal data processing (except for cases where processing is necessary to inquire personal data);

2.7. “Operator” means a state body, municipal authority, legal entity or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and/or carrying personal data processing, as well as determining the purposes and composition of personal data to be process and actions/operations performed with personal data;
2.8. “Personal data” means any data relating directly or indirectly to a specific User of the Operator’s website https://lingvoconsul.ru/
2.9. “User” means any visitor to the Operator’s website https://lingvoconsul.ru/
2.10. “Personal data provision” means disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;
2.11. “Personal data dissemination” means disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or provision access to personal data for familiarization by an unlimited number of persons, including personal data publication in the media, posting in information and telecommunication networks or provision of access to personal data in any other way;
2.12. “Personal data cross-border transfer” means personal data transfer to a foreign state, a foreign authority, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;
2.13. “Personal data destruction” means irrevocable destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further recovery of this personal data in personal data information systems and/or physical destruction of media bearing personal data.
The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
3.1. Surname, name, patronymic;
3.2. Phone numbers;
3.3. The site also collects and processes anonymized data of the visitors (including with the use of cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics etc.).
3.4. The above-mentioned data are further on generalized in the text of the Policy under the concept of Personal Data.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
4.1. User’s Personal Data Processing is used for the purpose of conclusion, execution and termination of civil contracts.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive information messages by sending an email info@lingvoconsul.ru to the Operator with the subject “Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers.”
4.3. Anonymized data of Users, collected with the help of Internet statistics services, is used to collect information about the actions of Users on the site and improve the quality of the site and its content.
Legal grounds for processing personal data

5.2. The Operator processes the anonymized User data if it is allowed in the User’s browser settings (through cookies and JavaScript).
Personal data collecting, storing, transferring and other types of processing procedures
The Operator ensures the protection of processed personal data by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
6.1. The Operator ensures the personal data safety and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
6.2. The User’s personal data shall under no circumstances be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of current legislation.
6.3. If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User can update them by sending a request to the Operator’s e-mail address info@lingvoconsul.ru with the subject “Personal data update”.
6.4. Personal data processing period::
all personal data we collect is retained for one (1) month from the date of collection. After this period, we automatically delete or anonymize the data. We take all necessary measures to ensure compliance with this deadline and to ensure the security of your data during this period. The User may at any time withdraw his or her consent to personal data processing by sending a request to the Operator’s email address info@lingvoconsul.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.
Cross-border personal data transfer
7.1. Before the start of cross-border personal data transfer, the Operator shall make sure that the foreign state where the personal data is transferred to provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data owners.
7.2. Cross-border personal data transfer to foreign states that do not meet the above requirement can only be carried out if there is a written consent of the personal data owner to the cross-border personal data transfer and/or for the execution of an agreement to which the personal data owner is a party.
